Choose Appearance / Edit CSS in the dashboard. This will bring up an editor for the currently active theme’s styles. There’s a lot of information on the web on how to identify what styles to change to create different sorts of changes in WordPress, and we won’t repeat it all here.
There is a ‘save stylesheet’ button on the right.
Sometimes you may need to clear your browser cache to see the impact of new styles.
