Backing up is important before upgrading the WordPress version.
Our backup is to Dropbox.
Procedure: in the dashboard, find the WPB2D (“WordPress Backup 2 Dropbox”) link near the bottom of the left column. Choose “Backup Monitor” and then press the start backup button.
You can use the same “backup monitor” to see the progress of a backup. It takes a long time to complete a backup.
Backup procedure
