Green Acton monthly meetings — typically the second Tuesday of the month — are open and welcoming to all. One Green Acton goal is, of course, to grow the number of people working with us on initiatives that advance our mission. Another important goal is engaging voices that represent the varied members of the Acton community.

To that end, Green Acton is launching a Community Concerns section in our monthly meetings: a few moments in which anyone can bring thoughts, ideas, concerns, or questions about the environment, natural resources, environmental justice, and/or the climate crisis — as they relate to Acton and, sometimes, beyond.

Our meeting agendas tend to be jam-packed. This new feature will, we hope, make regular “space” for newcomers (or anyone) to be heard and their thoughts considered amid the flurry of GA “business.”

Please join our monthly meetings, which are digital (via Zoom) for the time being. Simply send an email to clerk@GreenActon.org to get the information that will allow you to participate in a meeting. Please join us!
